CoParenting With COnfidence

A therapy group for women navigating shared custody

Co-parenting after a breakup or divorce can feel like a constant emotional juggling act. One minute you're managing logistics, the next you're absorbing someone else’s tension, all while trying to be a steady parent for your child.

This weekly, therapist-led group is a space to pause, reflect, and build real co-parenting confidence. Whether you're dealing with high-conflict dynamics or the quiet stress of doing it all alone, you don’t have to figure it out in isolation.

Group Overview

In each session, we blend psychoeducation, support, and mindfulness-based tools. Topics may include:

  • Communicating without escalating

  • Setting and holding boundaries

  • Coping with transitions and scheduling stress

  • Navigating blended family tensions

  • Using mindfulness and DBT skills to stay grounded

This is an ongoing, supportive space where you can bring your real-life challenges and leave with insight, strategies, and strength.

Who this group is for

This group is specifically for women who are actively co-parenting and seeking support. You may be:

  • Newly separated or divorced and overwhelmed by custody dynamics

  • Parenting with someone who is reactive, unpredictable, or difficult to communicate with

  • Feeling isolated, angry, or unsure how to protect your peace

  • Trying to model emotional regulation for your kids but struggling to manage your own stress

  • Craving a nonjudgmental space to be seen, supported, and heard

If you're ready to show up authentically and build skills that make co-parenting more manageable, you're in the right place.
